Travilr Waitlist Terms
These Terms apply to the Travilr waitlist and pre-launch website only.

1. Waitlist Only
Travilr is not yet a live travel marketplace. By joining the waitlist, you understand that you are signing up for updates, early access consideration, and pre-launch communications only.
2. No Guarantee of Access or Launch Date
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to a beta, launch invitation, availability in your city, or any specific launch timeline. We may decide when, where, and how to invite users as the project develops.
3. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist. We may remove entries that appear false, incomplete, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.
4. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree that Travilr may contact you about launch updates, product development, early access opportunities, and other relevant pre-launch news. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the waitlist or website to submit spam, misleading information, malicious content, or anything that interferes with the operation of the site.
6. Changes to the Waitlist or Website
Travilr may change, pause, or remove any part of the waitlist, website, or pre-launch process at any time without notice.
7. Future Platform Terms
These Terms apply only to the waitlist and pre-launch website. If Travilr launches as a live app or platform, separate terms and policies will apply to platform use, bookings, payments, profiles, messaging, and related services.
8. Disclaimer
The waitlist website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
